RISK NOTICE for customers and sales partners

Before you decide to use the services of Jubilee Ace Ltd. If you make use of the services of JUBILEE ACE, Sea Meadow House, Blackburne Highway, (PO Box 116), Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (in future JUBILEE ACE), you are obliged to take note of the following risk information and disclaimer and to accept them as part of the contract.

By ticking the box before using the Internet Portal or concluding a sales contract and/or distribution agreement with JUBILEE ACE, you expressly agree to the following provisions as an integral part of the contract:  

(1)You expressly acknowledge that JUBILEE ACE does not offer any currency, asset or other direct or indirect financial investment or financial instruments. Instead, JUBILEE ACE provides its customers with high-quality software products for "Arbitraging with Crypto Currencies".  

(2)You acknowledge and agree that JUBILEE ACE does not sell or otherwise distribute or procure cryptographic currency directly or indirectly, either itself or through third parties. You further expressly acknowledge and agree that you are fully aware and sufficiently informed and enlightened, that the market of crypto-currencies is of high VOLATILITY and this market is at the same time EXTREMELY SPECULATIVE and arbitraging with crypto-currencies as well as otherwise the possession or trading of crypto-currencies bears a considerable risk of loss, which can lead to a considerable loss in a short time and in the worst case to a TOTAL LOSS of the value of the crypto-currency.  

(3)You expressly acknowledge and agree that no representations, warranties or promises of any kind whatsoever about anticipated profits, performance or other returns in connection with any Crypto Currencies otherwise owned or acquired by JUBILEE ACE are made by JUBILEE ACE or its Distributors, and all statements and representations made by JUBILEE ACE or its Distributors in this regard are to be understood as mere expressions of opinion and not as solicitation or recommendation in connection with entering into any Arbitrage Software Agreement.  

(4)In particular, you expressly acknowledge and agree before using the internet platform or concluding a sales contract for arbitrage software that you are a person experienced in the field of cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency systems and cryptocurrency trading and  

• (a)you expressly understand and are willing to bear the economic, legal, tax and other risks associated with cryptographic currencies

• (b)you are financially able, taking into account your personal financial circumstances, financial resources, personal lifestyle and monetary obligations, to bear the loss of all your investments in the use of the JUBILEE ACE Arbitration Software and other services provided by JUBILEE ACE, without this placing a significant burden on your economic existence in the event of a total loss              

• (c)you have knowledge of the respective cryptographic currencies and their value-determining factors to which your use of the Arbitrage Software is directed               

(5)You expressly acknowledge and agree that JUBILEE ACE does not provide you with any advice regarding crypto-currency, crypto-currency markets, other financial markets, investment products, underlying assets and markets or investment recommendations of any kind, but rather that JUBILEE ACE provides software for the purpose of arbitraging with crypto-currencies and provides information on its website about arbitraging with crypto-currencies,  

(6)You acknowledge that it is not possible to conclude a contract with persons who are domiciled in one of the following countries or who are citizens of the following countries: USA (including associated territories); Canada (including associated territories); China (including associated territories). In addition, you expressly acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by the laws, governmental opinions or jurisdiction that applies to you under your national law, it is possible that arbitraging with crypto-currencies is not permitted or is only permitted with permission, and you are specifically responsible for ensuring that the use of JUBILEE ACE's goods and other services is permitted under the law that applies to you.  

(7)You expressly acknowledge and agree that any payments of any kind in connection with contractually agreed services provided by JUBILEE ACE are voluntary and without legal recourse. In particular, you expressly acknowledge that all winnings resulting from cryptographic currency arbitraging using JUBILEA ACE software, as well as any other possible positive or negative results arising in connection with the use of JUBILEE ACE services, may vary greatly or may not occur at all, as they are dependent on a variety of unpredictable factors and variables.  

(8)You expressly acknowledge and agree that any untrue or speculative statements or projections or any solicitation of any investment, currency or financial investment used to promote the distribution and use of JUBILEE ACE's services are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.  

(9)You expressly acknowledge and agree that JUBILEE ACE expressly disclaims and does not welcome any statements made by third parties regarding its services and JUBILEE ACE advises its customers not to rely on any statements made by third parties regarding results, profits and experiences related to JUBILEE ACE's services, arbitraging in crypto currencies, possession or trading of crypto currencies - whether positive or negative - as such results cannot be duplicated from one user to another.  

(10)DUE TO THE HIGH RISK OF ARBITRAGING WITH CRYPTO-CURRENCIES AS MENTIONED ABOVE; THE POSSESSION OR TRADE OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC CURRENCY SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPHS (1)THROUGH (5)AND (7)THROUGH (9)ABOVE, JUBILEE ACE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, THAT CUSTOMERS WILL MAKE A PROFIT, OR THAT CUSTOMERS WILL NOT MAKE A LOSS OR TOTAL LOSS, AND JUBILEE ACE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PERFORMANCE UNDER (6), OR THAT THE ARBITRAGING WITH CRYPTO-CURRENCIES WILL BE UNAFFECTED; THE POSSESSION OR TRADE OF CRYPTO-CURRENCIES IS LEGALLY PERMITTED IN THE STATE OF THE USER'S DOMICILE.  

(11)You expressly acknowledge and agree that in view of the volatility and extremely fluctuating crypto-currency markets, in the event of a significant loss of value, as well as on the basis of the statements under (6), JUBILEE ACE is entitled to limit or terminate its services in whole or in part for individual markets at any time without prior notice and to extraordinarily terminate the contractual relationship with you without notice in the event of termination.  

II. ADDITIONAL RISK INFORMATION FOR DISTRIBUTORS  

(1)You expressly acknowledge that, if the registration is not made as a customer but as a sales partner, the risk information, the exclusion of liability and the special right of termination under I. also apply to you. In particular, you acknowledge that JUBILEE ACE's goods may not be distributed to persons domiciled in or citizens of any of the following countries: USA (including associated territories); Canada (including associated territories); China (including associated territories).  

(2)You expressly acknowledge and agree that no representations, warranties or promises of any kind whatsoever regarding earning opportunities, distribution opportunities, commission expectations or other bonuses, earnings or revenue of any kind whatsoever are made or can be made by JUBILEE ACE beyond the contractual provisions as a Distributor.  

(3)You acknowledge and agree that any distributions, commissions or other bonuses, income or receipts, if any, are purely voluntary and may be contractually agreed upon by JUBILEE ACE.  

(4)You expressly acknowledge and agree that all examples of profits or income, as well as any possible results that may arise in connection with the sale of goods, for example through the receipt of commissions therefrom, are to be understood solely as examples, assumptions and/or estimates and are in no way to be construed as an obvious or otherwise probable expectation of commissions, let alone as a guarantee or promise of commission or other income. The actual commissions or other income to be expected may vary considerably, or may not occur at all or only to a very limited extent, as they are dependent on a large number of unforeseeable personal but also economic factors and variables. In particular, the actual commissions or any other commissions to be expected depend on the sales efforts of the individual acting in each case and require - as in any business activity - a very large and continuous sales effort if you want to achieve a successful sales for JUBILEE ACE and earn reasonable commissions.  

(5)You expressly acknowledge and agree that no forecasts or statements about future developments can be made on the basis of previous distributions, commissions or other income, as they too are dependent on a large number of unforeseeable factors and variables within the meaning of paragraph (4).  

(6)JUBILEE ACE strongly discourages you from basing your decision to become a JUBILEE ACE Distributor on any distributions, commissions or other income submitted by third parties, as well as on any commission or other income allegedly earned by other JUBILEE ACE Distributors or examples thereof, as this type of promotion of a sales activity for JUBILEE ACE is strictly forbidden to any Distributor under the terms of the Agreement, especially as the commissions earned by a Distributor cannot be compared, duplicated or mirrored with the expected result of another Distributor.  

III. PART OF THE CONTRACT  

After reading the risk warnings, the disclaimer of liability and the special right of termination (only under I.)under I., you now expressly acknowledge and agree that you have taken note of the aforementioned risk warnings under I. and II. and the disclaimer of liability under I. as well as the special right of termination under I. and expressly accept them as part of the contract by checking the box before purchasing the Arbitrage Software or before concluding a contract as a distribution partner.
